| The battery pole piece rolling equipment develops in the direction of high speed andhigh precision, with the battery production enterprises to expand capacity and improvebattery performance. At present, a lot of battery pole piece rolling mill adopt gas-liquidbooster pump. It is unable to adjust the roll gap and rolling force real-time online, becauseit is to adjust roll gap by iron and wedge screw offline, limiting its using and rollingprecision. Especially when rolling pole of alternating single and double layer coatingslurry, single-layer coating part rolling effect is very poor.This article introduced will introduce hydraulic servo control technology, which isable to adjust roll gap and rolling force online, into the battery slice of rolling mill, makingthe mill has a simple structure, the advantages of high sensitivity, and can meet the strictand the thickNess of the accuracy requirement.Gas-liquid booster pump pressure type battery pole piece rolling mill using iron andwedge screw offline to adjust roll gap, due to the nature of the existence of the wedge ironmakes it different from the two roll mill of steel rolling. So first this article analyzes itsfeature and illustrates its insufficiency, proposing a more accurate method of roll gap andpressure control, then putting forward a more accurate roll gap and pressure controlmethod.Taking a Φ800hydraulic servo pressure type battery pole piece rolling mill as thesubject, This article analyzes hydraulic pressure system and establishes dynamicsimulation model of hydraulic pump and pressure reducing valve and accumulator,validated by the experiment. On the basis of element model, the system model isestablished considering the influence of hydraulic pump and accumulator to pressurebefore the servo valve and relief valve’s influence on servo cylinder back pressure. Theclosed-loop step response for rolling force and rolling process is made dynamic simulationanalysis on the model. The simulation results are basically identical with the experimental,shows that the established simulation model has practical reference value and provides animportant basis for the hydraulic control system parameter optimization.This article also makes simulation analysis on asymmetric coated battery pole piece rolling, the simulation result shows that hydraulic servo pressure plate rolling mill is ableto roll asymmetric coated battery pole piece, overcoming the defect that the gas-liquidbooster pump pressure type battery pole piece rolling mill can’t roll the pole piecenormally.Finally, the paper designs the process of rolling pressure automatically adjusts andrigidity compensation controller and makes simulation on the mathematical model whichverified by Experimental, exploring the control strategy rolling accuracy and speed. |
