With the rapid growth of lithium battery market,higher requirements for productivity and product quality are inevitable.As the main equipment of poll piece production,battery pole piece rolling equipment has had the higher automation level,but the single function,does not have the ability of equipment fault diagnosis.As a complex continuous production equipment,it is inevitable that faults occur in the process of production,these faults threaten the quality and production efficiency of the poles to a certain extent and can't guarantee the safety of the production line.In order to enhance the intelligent diagnostic ability of the pole piece rolling mill equipment,the research group developed the fault diagnosis system of the pole piece rolling mill in cooperation with the enterprise,and studied the fault mode and influence of the pole piece rolling mill.The fuzzy theory and expert system are applied to the fault diagnosis system of the pole piece rolling mill,which realizes the quick location of the fault occurrence,resolves and eliminates the fault,and improves the safety of the equipment operation and the maintainability of the equipment.It is of great practical significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The main work of this paper is as follows:1?Firstly,the rolling process of battery pole piece is analyzed in detail,and the fault mode and influence of the pole piece rolling mill are analyzed,and the fault characteristics of battery pole rolling mill are summarized according to the fault mode.2?The sensor technology and the monitoring technology based on bus are used to collect the parameters of the pole rolling mill system.The fault characteristic signal of the pole rolling mill system is selected,and the collected signal is saved and analyzed by PLC and intelligent instrument.3?On the basis of deep study of fuzzy reasoning method and expert system theory,focusing on the establishment of the fuzzy fault diagnosis expert system of pole rolling mill,and the fuzzification of expert knowledge is realized.Combined with the mathematical statistics and expert experience,establishing database,knowledge base and reasoning mechanism to realize fuzzy inference of system failure.4?According to different types of fault,diagnosis method based on PLC and intelligent instrument knowledge base is put forward.Combined with some programs of the system,the fault location is realized quickly,and through the way of bus,the internal knowledge of intelligent instrument can be converted into expert rules.5?Using MCGS configuration software as the software platform of fault diagnosis system,a good man-machine interface is established.By studying the development technology of MCGS strategy component,the advanced algorithm of MATLAB is integrated with MCGS,so that the software can realize the function of state monitoring,diagnostic identification and decision making.6?Testing MCGS strategy component development.The fault diagnosis of the pole rolling mill is applied to the actual rolling process of the pole piece.The practicability and accuracy of the fault diagnosis system of the pole rolling mill are illustrated by examples of the diagnosis.
