Recently, with the depletion of fossil fuels and increasingly tense relationshipbetween the energy and environment over the world, especially in our country, energyconservation and emission reduction attached more and more attention. CFB boiler as themainstream technology of clean-burning is a vital way to achieve energy conservationand emission reduction. However, the common issues such as high energy consumption,lower efficiency and others directly affect the safe and economical operation of boiler.Taking490t/h CFB boilers of Tangshan Kailuan Dongfang Power Generation Co.Ltd. as the research objects, it analyzes the CFB boilers’ full working conditions energysaving to optimize combustion adjustment and realize the CFB energy saving. First, itanalyzes the influential factors of the boilers’ cool start-up and proposes the start-upoptimization scheme, the practice shows that the scheme would be shorten4h for boilers’cool start-up, and the average start-up fuel consumption would be reduced20t. Besides, itresearches the combustion mechanism, the coupling characteristics of combustion andheat transfer, then introduces complex parameters unit-load air volume to reducecoupling analysis difficulty, and compiles the procedure to achieve rapid adjustment ofcombustion conditions. Finally, it researches the CFB humidity of flue gas, acid dewpoint, exhaust gas temperature and relative characteristics for other parameters to realizethe depth of the low temperature flue gas boiler recovery. The calculations show that itcan improve the boiler efficiency from91.2%to95.15%and the boiler exhausttemperature can reduce from136.10℃to50℃under designed working conditions.The result shows that the potential of energy saving is great during the cool start-upof CFB, combustion adjustment-optimization and waste heat recovery.The economy ofoperation can be effectivly improved by the strategies of full working conditions energysaving and waste heat recovery. The research has a certain theoretical significance andpractical value for design and optimal operation of CFB boilers.
