The rapid development of electric vehicle industry has brought great pressure toneeded energy, and it also causes serious environmental pollution problems. Usingrenewable energy like solar and wind as the power sources to explore the power systemfor renewable vehicles becomes a more and more important research direction forpromoting electric vehicles in the world.Based on wind and solar energy along the coast of Tangshan, take numericalsimulation on inclined plane to get different directions of solar radiation, and we findwhen the azimuth angle is SW30°and the pitch angle is35°, the received radiation islargest throughout the year (about1.63×10~6Wh/m~2total). The computational modelnamed mode-variance of wind speed is used to calculate the wind and solar proportion.The proportion value is1.2:1. Then hybrid system circuit has been designed andsimulation has been taken on compositions to get the sensitive parameters which affectthe output power. From this we know that the wind turbine sensitive parameters are bladepitch angle and tip speed ratio, and PV are solar radiation conditions and temperature.The project uses voltage of DC bus to control the power, the change of system voltageshould be in specific range, if the voltage exceeds the range, the relief arrangementshould be taken in to protect system. Matlab/SimPowerSystem is used to take simulate onthe system, and through the results we know that the output power will change when thesurroundings change, and we can control converter to get the fixed voltage value, throughit we can get the MPPT control and make the system safe. The operation of batterycharging-fix station is described preliminary, aiming to provide energy rapidly.using the mode-variance of wind speed model can make wind and solar energy getthe best complementation. By regulating duty ratio, we can get the maximum power pointtracking easily. Best proportion and MPPT control can make the wind and PV hybridpower system get the best use. The paper provides referential information for the hybridsystem design in the future.
