| Ice thermal storage air conditione has been widely used in many fields to better alleviatepressure of city power reduction. But at present some ice thermal storage project operationstrategy is not so clear and makes little cost minimization. In recent years, optimizationcontrol strategy has gradually replaced the previous simple control mode, which has becomethe main control mode.This paper explains how to realize the control strategy of ice thermal storage and showsthe analysis of ice thermal storage optimized control process. During analysis this paper creatsthe mathematics functions of ice storage, ice cooling and ice with chiller cooling. Based onthese fuctions the system load control solution can be finalized and the optimized controlstrategy will be concluded on the basis of project requirement and management. It creats thecontrol strategy based on the actual load and the control model of optimized load distributionwith detailed calculation. Calculation indicates that the operation cost can be reduced30%~45%by this advanced optimized control modes and the payback will be within2~5years within25%investment increasment. By the analysis of ice thermal storage, it will behelpful to get a clearly, accurate theorization for new ice thermal storage projects and it willbe more meaningful for the capacity distribution and control strategy of current buildings andprojects. |
