As one of the most important mechanical parts in spindle system, the rollingbearing is desired to better way of bearing state detection. In order to detect bearingrunning condition, it is necessary to study the vibration response with faults. But thevibration signals with faults are easily drowned in the background noises, toimprove S/N Ratio, kinds of diagnosis technologies are developed, includingintellectual bearing technology. Therefore, based on previous study of rollingbearing vibration, the vibration model and its vibration analysis of different pointsin bearing outer ring with defects are studied in this paper.Firstly, based on the Hertz theory and considering the lubricant, calculate thecontact stillness and oil film stillness and damping of every contact vice withMATLAB programs, and study their variations with different structure andgeometrical parameters of bearing. Seeing the contact vice as the spring and damper,establish tow kinds of bearing model, the one is that inner circle is fixed, the outerring is free of vibration, the other one is the model considering the bearing and shaftneck.Secondly, establish the bearing three-dimensional finite element model byABAQUS software. Get bearing the inherent frequency of bearing in differentconditions by modal analysis, and then, analyze Amplitude-frequency Curve ofbearing outer ring in different position by harmonic response analysis. Theunbalance and misalignment of bearing can cause additional vibrations, which areanalyzed in the paper. In theory and by using finite element method, analyze thespread and attenuation of high-frequency vibration wave in the vibration system.Finally, study vibration response of different points in bearing outer ring underonce and continuous impact of single or multiple defects in time-domain andfrequency-domain, and then summarize the analysis. By installing three accelerationsensors in bearing outer ring, detect fault vibration signals and analyze them with AMATLAB program, and find that the results of test accord with analysis in theory.
