Accompanied by economic growth of major cities around the world, citiesconsume a lot of resources and environmental pollution phenomenon has becomeincreasingly prominent, people are realizing the importance of environmentalimprovements, there followed many measures to improve the environment,including urban planning and construction with adaptability to climate as angle, andit becomes one of the important means to improve the environment. As one of theurban ventilation corridor, urban river directly affect the wind environment ofsurrounding buildings. Explore the relationship between building layout of theriverside neighborhoods, the river and the wind environment has importantimplications for environmental improvement of urban waterfront neighborhoodswind environment.Urban waterfront neighborhoods is an important part of the urban ecosystem,combined with the Shenzhen special climate conditions and with the relevant theory,this paper applies CFD technology to simulate and analyzes urban waterfrontneighborhoods wind optimization from the perspective of wind environment.According to analysis, it sums up the space combination elements of thearchitectural layout that impact riverfront block wind environment and arrivalsbuilding layout strategies of waterfront neighborhoods.Though reviews and summarizes wind-heat environment at home and abroadand the buildings layout planning and interprets related concepts of urban climateand urban waterfront neighborhoods, as well as the application status quo of theCFD technology, it determines CFD technology as an important research techniquesand methods. Though the theoretical study of the urban waterfront neighborhoodswind environment, it points out that the causes of urban wind, optimize the role ofurban wind environment and wind environment assessment criteria, on this basis, itanalyzes the impact factors of the urban riverfront block wind environment from thepoint of view of both natural factors and human factors and sums up the way tooptimize the urban waterfront neighborhoods wind environment.Shenzhen is located in subtropical monsoon climate zone and has typicalclimate and wind environment. This paper explores special wind environment ofurban waterfront neighborhoods from two levels which includes theoretical analysisand numerical simulation analysis. It selects Shenzhen DaSha River and ShenzhenRiver Riverfront neighborhoods as key research lots and then simulates and analyzeswind environment of various Riverfront neighborhood, then regards existingproblems of the riverside neighborhoods wind environment. A good summary of architectural layout space portfolio elements that impact the wind environment ofwaterfront neighborhoods follows next: combination of buildings space, the anglebetween the buildings and river, the angle between wind Angles and river, the anglebetween buildings and wind Angles, as well as single building design. Finally, thispaper explores building layout strategies of urban waterfront neighborhoods fromtwo levels: cite wind strategies and guide wind strategies while explores strategiesuses of waterfront neighborhoods in ShenZhen. In order to verify the researchresults the paper optimizes and simulates one typical neighborhood, and ultimatelymake optimization of the urban waterfront neighborhoods wind environment viable.
