Wind energy, as a kind of renewable source, has been concerned gradually, theswitched reluctance generator(SRG) system, with excellent reliability and stability,is becoming a protential power-supply system in wind generation, research anddevelopment on this application has gradually started. This paper, treating theswitched reluctance generator system which is based on wind generation as object,researches the control method, stratagy of the motor, and the structure of softwareand hardware, attemptting to develop system effiency. It contains:Firstly, the application of switched reluctance generator system in the world isintroduced, the situation and achievement of switched reluctamce motor appliedin wind generation is summarized, the control method and strategy used ingeneration system is analysised, and comparation of the advantages anddisadvantages for different control method has been made.Secondly,we analysis the generation principle of SRG. The diversity of themodeling method: table look-up and analysis method is discussed, and the nonlinarmath model of motor based analysis method is build, the calculation speed isenhanced. The quality of switched reluctance motor in wind generation isanalysised, a method for judging current step has been put up, and the controlmethod of max power tracking strategy of switched reluctance motor generationsystem is researched. Exploration on special sample point, variable cuurent stepsize has been done to improve the rapidity, veracity of the system.Then, the simulation model of switched treluctance generation system on theground of nonlinar math model is build, using Matlab. The control strategy tovariable/constant generation and the parameters which impacts generationperformance are researched, the simulation model for max power tracking strategyof switched reluctance motor generation system is build, prioritization scheme andprinciple for this system is researched.Fourthly, on the basis of the relationship between current waveform and speed,a angle control method to optimize current feature value is released. Compared withthe generation performance standard, the performance influence of currentwaveform is researched, the relationship between current feature value and effiencyis analysised, the analytic expression of phase current is derived, the relationbetween open angle and generation performance is explored. This method is toimprove generation effiency, and it has been proved in simulation analysis.Finally, the software and hardware of switchedreluctance generation system isdesigned, the experiment platform is constructed. The open-loop, close-loop and angle control generation experiment is done, experiment data is analysised. Theveracity of these control strategy is proved comparing the experiment data withsimulation analysis.
