With the rapid development of digital technology, more and more single-chipdevices applied to various fields. The automotive sector is an important industrialsectors of the national, it plays a key role to improve people’s quality of life andefficiency. Car has walked into the family, people increasingly value Accessibility car,so the development of vehicle infotainment devices is imperative.With the upgrading of technology, the car radio is updated from the old-fashionedtape machine to a digital Radio-cassette system. This issue to develop the digitalRadio-cassette program is used in the automotive market pre-installed and is widelyused in design the domestic famous Tianjin FAW, Baoding Great Wall and otherautomotive products, it is considering the stability, reliability, economy to meet themarket demand, MP3decoder system, so that the product can support SD cards andUSB devices. The design of the system has several characteristics: a stronganti-interference, and good stability. Second, the ease of operation, key designconsiderations customer habits. Third, low cost, and car-Class.I mainly do the design system front panel LCD display module program designand principle diagram, PCB layout draw motherboard radio and MP3decoding partprogram to modify the system design and power protection.The system is divided into four parts: the radio part of the MP3decoding part,auxiliary parts, power management section. Wherein the radio system in the twosystems can be performed FM, AM operation, through digital adjustment radio chip,to the processing of the broadcast signal received by the antenna through the internalconversion into sound signals, and then through the sound control the IC convertsQuad sound signal finally output through amplifier IC. Decoding system decoder ICto decode MP3and other format files, and convert sound signals via voice control, theamplifier output after amplification. These two systems are used in I~2C bus, and asignificant reduction in the program development cycle and the overall design meetsthe EMC test requirements of vehicle regulations.
