| With the economic development and the increasing energy consumption,thepower consumption of the air-conditioning has accounted for30%of the total energyconsumption of the building,and the growth rate is very amazing,that the traditionalair-conditioning control system focused refrigeration system is not easy to achieve,causes great waste of energy because it can not respond to changes load change in realtime,so we are study of energy-saving control system and optimization on dynamicload of air-conditioning,the system has great practical significance and marketefficiency.The air-conditioning system is a multi-parameter,time-varying, nonlinear controlsystem.That the traditional classics and state variable control method requires precisemathematical model.The control effect of the system has a great impact on parameters.In this paper,the intelligent genetic algorithm which was adopted is an self optimizingalgorithm, based on servo control system theory,the theory of intelligent controlsystem.The system need not accurate mathematical model. At the same time,thesystem achieves air-conditioning system global coordination and comprehensiveperformance optimization with the minimum energy consumption as objective,thesystem combines with refrigeration technology and refrigerant cycle system,usingvariable frequency technology of motor control and electrical control technology.The paper builds up macro energy consumption model by chilled water pump,cooling water pump and other major equipment.which is based on mechanism modelof character,The system works out minimum energy consumption Applied GA.whichachieves the different working online optimization,using temperature and flow rate ofthe air-conditioning chilled water and cooling water systems,achieved the purpose ofenergy saving.The paper simulation results shows that optimization effect of dynamicair conditioning load tracking energy saving control system is obvious,useingMATLAB simulation experiment.This paper partly realizes the air conditioning system self optimizing control forpractical engineering,the results show that the system using frequency converter realtime adjustment of compressor,based on temperature and flow rate of chilled watersystems and cooling water systems.The COP of system enhances12.43%,The operating efficiencyof system is improved,The results of theoretical research provethe method that is feasibility and validity. |
