Schmidt Offset Coupling is developed on the basis of the connecting rod couplingto satisfy the technical requirements contain large eccentricity, small size, lightweight,and high reliability. The dynamic performance of coupling system affect performance ofthe the coupling, so the research of the vibration characteristics is of great significanceand engineering application value.The project of this paper is based on the basic research universities special fundoperations. The Three Phase Schmidt Offset Coupling is the object of study. Thedynamic characteristic of Schmidt Offset Coupling transmission system is researched.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:â‘ The basic structure and transmission principle of Schmidt Offset Coupling areanalyzed. Transmission characteristics of the coupling are studied.â‘¡The transmission system dynamics analysis model is established by using thelumped parameter method. The Lagrange equation is used to deduce dynamic equationsof the coupling system. The engine motivation and error motivation of Schmidt OffsetCoupling are calculated.â‘¢A numerical method is used to solve dynamic equations of the transmissionsystem and obtain the system dynamic responses. Influence on the system dynamicresponse is analyzed with the error change.â‘£Sensitivity analysis of the system dynamic response is carried, and the maindesign variables which the system dynamic response is sensitive to are gained. Systemdynamic optimization design model is established, the dynamic performance oftransmission system is optimized.
