Research On Construction Project Quality Management For The Large-scale Real Estate Enterprises

For a long time, construction project quality has not only been one of the focus ofclients, but also the lifeblood of the real estate enterprises.In recent years, large-scalereal estate enterprises have speed up the pace of expansion by expanding their businessfrom first-tier cities to fourth-tier citiesand the concentration of the industry has beenfurther improved. The rapid expansion makes the original management mode cannotmeet the requirements of the large-scale real estate enterprises, especially theconstruction project quality management. As large-scale real estate enterprises are theindustry benchmark, research on their construction project quality management not onlyhas certain typical sense, but also help promote construction project qualitymanagement level of the whole industry.The paper describes the quality management theory and its evolution; we introducedomestic and foreign research status from four aspects whichare construction projectquality management system, construction project quality management evaluationsystem, construction project quality knowledge management and construction projectquality managementinformatization,and then determine the direction of this research;weanalysis characteristics and problems of large-scale real estate enterprises’ constructionproject quality management and also the cause of the problems combined with practical.Based on the analysis of the status of large-scale real estate enterprises’ constructionproject quality management, we expound the thinking of improving large-scale realestate enterprises’ construction project quality managementand put forward to improvetheir construction project quality management bytwo aspects which are strengtheningthe knowledge management and using information technologies; we introduce theconcept of knowledge management, characteristics and classifications of project qualitymanagement knowledge resources, focusing on analyzing the effects of knowledgemanagement in the project quality management and how to implement; we elaborate theconcepts, status and effects of the construction project quality managementinformatization and put forward to achieve it by quality management standardizing,improving the quality of the constructionproject quality management evaluation systemand establishing the project quality management information system which is based onthe whole process of construction project quality management;we put forwardlarge-scale real estate enterprises have conditions to achieve construction project quality management informatization now; we establish the framework of large-scale real estateenterprises’ construction project quality management system based on knowledgemanagement and using information technology, then we introduce the main function,structure and workflow of the system.The paper analyses construction project quality management of large-scale realestate enterprises by combining knowledge management and information technology,itprovides new ideas for the improvement of construction project quality managementand alsoexpands the aspect of researching on construction project quality management.We build the construction project quality management system in order to improvelarge-scale real estate enterprises’ construction project quality management.
