This paper adopts the method of energy system optimization to solve the energyand environmental issues, according to the status of China’s energy.Energy system optimization technology not only lead the process industry todevelopment from a single to the complex process, but also make a single technologysuch very heavy and complex technical work to improve quality and shorten the timeto the development of a number of technical collection. This paper describes thedefinition of the energy system, performance evaluation research trends all over theword, and analysis four energy system evaluation method from international anddomestic mainstream:(1) the energy analysis method based on the first law ofthermodynamics.(2) the exergy analysis method based on the exergy balanceintegrated the first law and the second law of thermodynamics.(3) the methoduniformity consider the first law of thermodynamics and the second law of fire andeconomic factors combined with the Economic Analysis of Law.(4) the methodbased on analysis exergy economics, add to the initial investment and operation andmaintenance costs of thermal economics analysis.Energy system optimization can be divided into the global optimization and localoptimization.the global optimization is usually created from a holistic perspective theoptimization model of the system, but the system is very computationally expensiveand iterative slow convergence; the local optimization convergence rate is high, butthe local subsystem between commonly coupled together, It is difficult to adopt localoptimization to achieve the global optimization. Between isolated hot economics andThermal Structure Theory of principle-based, this paper establishes the local-globaldecomposition method on the basis of a number of scholars research to analysis themodel, It reduces the mutual coupling of each subsystem while using the localoptimization, and the same time ensure independently of each subsystem.Finally, this paper adopts the ice storage air-conditioning system of phase3China International Trade Centre as the research object, and uses the eQuest energyconsumption simulation software as a tool to identify the impact of air conditioningenergy consumption based on the comparison between the energy consumption of theactual measurement and simulation analysis using the local-the global decompositionoptimization method. Then, in the view of the energy system, It develops foursolutions by reducing the cooling water temperature, a chilled water pumps withvariable flow, improving the efficiency of the pump and fan conveyor fouroptimization programs. And then analyze the changes of energy consumption of the four solutions, research the influence among each subsystem, find the sort ofenergy-saving effect and identify the best global optimization program.
