Vascular-like illness has become one of the diseases which are serious threat tohuman life Radiological interventional therapy for the treatment of these diseases hasthe significant effect. Training for traditional surgical intervention doctors can notalways be in the clinical environment, it has a similar vascular interventionaltreatment simulation training system equipment for interventional procedures training.Vascular interventional treatment simulation training system is made of the vascularinterventional surgical instruments motion and control system and virtual interventionsurgical software system. The subject about the former independently designs anddevelops a vascular interventional surgical instruments motion and control system.Interventional surgical instruments include guide wire, catheter, stent, balloon andso on, The system, for guide wire and catheter’ example, is consists of three parts:Catheter/guide wire displacement information acquisition device, catheter/guidewire by force device and system test software. Catheter/guide wire displacementinformation acquisition device uses ADNS-7530laser displacement sensor chipproduced by Avago, on the real-time collecting the displacement caused by thepushing, pull-up and rotation operation of catheter/guide wire. Catheter/guide wire’force uses simulation mode when moving in the blood vessels, simulating catheter/guide wire by force and force measuring device is called a force feedback device,thisis made by the force feedback device mechanical structure, force feedback executionunit, force feedback control section and the catheter, guide wire by force detectingdevice. System test software using MFC development and design is to simulate andverify the functions of surgical intervention training system. The main controlmicrocontroller is the SPCE06lA chip produced by Sunplus.The system covers medical, mechanical, electronic, communication and otherfields. In the context of medical simulation training products are mainly dependent onforeign importing, the project independently designs a set of common vascularinterventional surgical instruments motion and control system. This will has a positiverole in promoting the establishment of medical simulation products with our ownintellectual property.
