The biomass energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy. Due to the energyquality of biomass is lower, direct combustion of biomass fuels more and more can’tmeet the people’s high quality demand of modern life. Therefore, to study various newtechnology which convert the biomass energy into high grade clean energy efficiently, iswidely used and become an inevitable trend. In addition, city life garbage dispose havebeen changed into environmental problems which require immediately solution. In thissituation, the technology of biomass-refuse gasification is researched based on theresidential area in this paper. Residential area includes city residents living community,and the remote house without power grid.The aim of this project is to study a special technology and equipment which isneeded by the small integrated power generation system. The system use biomass andkitchen garbage mixture as fuel. This paper mainly includes the new design work ofhydraulic feeding device and new double dry distillation tubular gasifier. The fuel gasheating and external gasifier internal gasification gas waste heat utilization of thecombination of heating, form a kind of biomass fuel in the gasifier for drying, in turn inthe pyrolysis and gasification and power generation device used to create thepurification of the new type of gasification process gas.Through the field experiment,hydraulic feeding was proved feasiblily and realizedin the horizontal direction successfully. Through the thermal state experiment,gasification processes like drying, pyrolysis and gasification were achieved in thegasifier by the new technology, meanwhile,combustible gas and charcoal wereproduced. Researching the gasification system in this paper could provide guidance onparameter optimization and system improvement, and provide some reference andcontrast value for the other gasification system.Finally, the gasification process in this paper was simulated by Aspen plus software,and the simulation results were analyzed. The simulation results mainly include: Theair-water vapor as gasification agent, the main gasification products with the flammablegas are hydrogen and carbon monoxide;Compared with air-steam,the content of hydrogen, carbon monoxide and methane is3~4times when gasification agent issteam,but nitrogen dioxide and nitric oxide less than one over ten;Raise thetemperature is useful to improve the content of flammable gas in gasification gas.
