Helicopter main rotor testing machine can simulate complex flight conditions of joint bearing conditions, sports conditions and mechanical loading conditions, through the online experiment, the performance and the service life of bearing can be evaluated. The testing machine belongs to the electric hydraulic servo control system, the loading system control requires actually simulating the force changes, the impact force and force of dynamic loading spectrum subjects such as the stress of the bearing load conditions. The problem that how to complete the hydraulic pressure servo control system for dynamic load spectrum response rapidity and accuracy must be solved.Helicopter main rotor machine servo loading system adopts the PID controller. Because of its good control effectiveness and robustness, the PID controller has a wide range of applications. However, due to the nonlinearity, time-varying and sluggishness of the servo loading system and the requirement of control performance is higher and higher, the traditional method of PID parameters tuning always took a long time and couldn’t satisfy the control requirements well. The development and mature of heuristic algorithms providing a new thinking and a new method for people tuning PID parameters.Most heuristic algorithms achieve the goal of optimization by simulating the natural phenomena, species, or the movement of natural biological. The algorithms attract more and more attention because of its simpleness, currency, strong robustness, and so on.In this paper, we researched the optimization principle of Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), confirm that the GSA has better precision and convergence speed of parameters optimization in the electro hydraulic servo system. Tuning the helicopter main rotor machine servo loading system of PID control parameters be GSA, achieve the precise control of the force loading spectrum.
