With China’s building of the total amount of sustained growth and the continuous improvement of people living comfort, building energy consumption problem is no doubt and the rapid development of economy is not coordinate and plays the role of drag. It not only increased national energy burden, and has become our country economy send a soft rib. At the same time, building high energy consumption by air pollution, dust emission and other environmental problems. At present, our country has built houses, there are more than40billion square meters will belong to the building. Every year in our country built building area of1.6billion to2billion square meters, and these new houses, more than95%is in high building. Investigation shows that, our country unit building area of energy consumption is the developed countries of the energy consumption of three times above, building energy consumption in2002has accounted for when the whole society to terminal energy consumption27.6%. In contrast China building energy consumption consumption and waste is very great. Therefore in order to reduce the energy consumption, are in urgent need of developing green building energy saving system.In situ insulation panel system is a new type thermal insulation bearing composite shear wall system, this system has good seismic performance, thermal insulation layer durability is good wait for an advantage, is our country reform wall a major breakthrough, is China’s green building structure system necessary supplement. In the meantime, there also exist construction process complicated and insulation insufficient ideal, etc disadvantages. The steel doweling thermal bridge effect on the system produce a great impact on the thermal performance.This paper through thermal calculation, the content of different steel doweling the influence degree of the contrast, discuss how to extinction steel doweling thermal bridge effect of the function. This system and further study, puts forward Suggestions. Based on in situ thermal insulation wall plate, the mechanical properties experimental research and theoretical analysis were compared and analyzed, steel doweling form this system shear flexural performance difference, summarized the influencing factors; Through the experimental data contrast found that the stress of the vertical steel doweling can is superior to oblique inserted bar. In the different thickness structure layer wallboard, the concrete with different thickness on both sides, cannot be effectively synergy. Research on both sides of the different thicknness of concrete crack development and reinforcement of the change rule of stress and strain, it is concluded that the thicker side concrete provides the main shear bearing capacity, thinner side only plays the role of concrete protective layer of the conclusion.Through the large finite element software ANSYS is simulated experiment contrast analysis, found that the experimental results with simulation results differ not quite, simulated load displacement curve and test the curve shape is approximately the same as that, crack profile and test results is approximately the same as that, conclusion the finite element model can effectively simulate the test. And this structure system extension analysis.
