Study On Quality Control Of Insulation Board Built In The Cast-in-place Concrete Form

As building technology progressing, the technology of outer thermal insulation system for exterior wall is in variety, thus a relatively perfect theory and technique level of exterior wall thermal system is formed. Based on houses are constructing on a large scale in our country at present, massive energy conservation technique of construction's structures are needed, so energy conservation technique insufficient for ordinary practical needs, even causing technique unqualified or construction workmanship is defective. These practices is not standard and perfect, that result in quality problems of outer thermal insulation system for exterior wall cracking, peeling off, even entirety shattering, which influencing energy conservation result seriously. Therefore, it is necessary to strength construction quality control for exterior insulation technology.The insulation board built in the cast-in-place concrete form system has been a new field in recent years, which is used in outer thermal insulation system for exterior wall of cast-in-place concrete buildings. The purpose of our research is based on analyzing the current of construction quality management for insulation board built in the cast-in-place concrete form exterior wall thermal insulation system, through construction quality management of this system used in high building, according to total quality control, summarizing a set of construction technology of the insulation board built in the cast-in-place concrete form system for building construction enterprises.This article on the bases of construction enterprises quality management basic theory, with the platform of QC team manage, take statistics technical as a tool, analyze the present situation of insulation board built in the cast-in-place concrete form system, raise the existed quality problems and analyze causes, find out key factors which influencing construction quality most. According to the practical investigation and reading lots of materials, the author has summarized general insulation construction method of this system in current, analyzed problems in insulation construction system, and advanced specific improvement measures. This article has take the example of a high building construction quality control of insulation board built in the cast-in-place concrete form in xi'an, carry out quality control, obtain good effect, provide some experience and reference for construction enterprises to practical applied cast-in-place concrete outer thermal insulation system for exterior wall.
