With the improvement of living standards of our residents,the requirements of living building environment are also rising.accompanied by the rising of building energy consumption,energy crisis has even become an important factor affecting the sustained and healthy development of China's economy.In order to reduce building energy consumption,promote the concept of green building,the development of building exterior insulation has been paid more and more attention.In our country,the common exterior wall thermal insulation material is the foaming material,the thermal insulation mortar and the insulation board,with the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection,building energy efficiency standards continue to improve.Under the requirements of the 75% standards,the thickness of polystyrene board on the wall is 120 mm,rock wool board thickness is needed to reach 140 mm,greatly increased the difficulty of construction and construction period.And the increasing of the thickness make the problem of the loss of insulation more bigger.The original thermal insulation material has not been able to meet the requirements of building energy saving in our country,especially in northern area.On the basis of learning from foreign advanced technology,after a number of domestic R & D exploration,originally used in the refrigerator,cold storage tank ultra-thin vacuum insulation board is used in the field of building insulation,compared with the 60-100 mm EPS board,10-15 mm thick ultra-thin vacuum insulation board is better,the thermal conductivity is only 0.006w/m · K.Insulation effect is 5 times the conventional polystyrene board,XPS 4 times,polyurethane 3 times,it can greatly increase the housing insulation performance,fire rating to A1 level,safe and noncombustible,and also can increase the use of housing area.But because of its special principle of insulation,in the process of construction the plate vacuum cannot be damaged and destroyed,it needs high quality requirements for construction.As a new kind of external thermal insulation building material,HVIP has not formed a standardized structure,the non-standard construction method is likely to destroy the vacuum insulation plate,resulting in wall insulation performance cannot achieve the desired results and waste of materials and other issues.In this paper,the HVIP of Zhongheng new material products has been used as an example,based on the characteristics of the product,the construction experience and the relevant national building codes and standards,the vacuum insulation panel products are studied in depth.In this paper,a series of products of vacuum insulation panel are studied,and the products of vacuum insulation board and the construction requirements of each building node are summarized and analyzed,and select the construction example for field analysis.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,describes the research and application of HVIP vacuum insulation panel at home and abroad,and introduces the related concepts of HVIP vacuum insulation board;The second chapter mainly introduces the HVIP vacuum insulation board exterior insulation system series,based on the parameters of each product and its applicability;In the third chapter,the research and design of the construction joints of the exterior insulation system with different HVIP vacuum insulation panels are carried out;The fourth chapter introduces and analyzes the application of a vacuum insulation of external wall insulation system construction case,design from the building structure node,elaborate vacuum insulation wall and its economic,social and other aspects of the advantages and disadvantages of external insulation system,provide a useful reference for the vacuum insulation board exterior insulation construction,standardization standard.
