| Automobile checking fixture plays an important role in detecting theaccuracy of vehicle parts and insuring the quality of the automobile. Withthe rapid development of auto industry and accelerated update of automobiletype, the demand of automobile checking fixture is becoming bigger andbigger, however, generally, the design process of automobile checkingfixture lacks modular and intelligent method. At present, it still stays in theperiod of experienced engineer teaching new employees. It is difficult togreatly improve the design efficiency. Therefore, increasing the designefficiency and detection quality has became the urgent needs of manyenterprises.This article based on the Visual Studio2010for developing platform,the NX secondary development technology as the foundation, using C#and c++mixing programming technology, aiming at the entire process of automobile fixture from designing to detecting, after integrating and refining,put forward the idea of intelligent designing of automobile fixture and thekey technology, developed the Car Checking Fixture Intelligent DesignWizard(CCF-DW), realized the function of project initializing、physicalproperty calculating、workbench designing、detecting face extending、standard parts assembling、auto generating BOM and detecting report. In theprocess of realizing the functions, some algorithms were put forward andimproved, for example, improved the AABB algorithm of resolving theminimum bounding box, confirming the feasibility and practicalapplicability of which through example; using the repair method of fold overface and bifurcate face between concave boundary and convex boundary,developed detecting face extending tool; configured assembly procedure forstandard parts, realized the visualization and parameterize selecting ofstandard parts and intelligent assembling technology.This paper stardards car checking fixture design process,improvesefficiency and quality and has important practical value. |
