At present, as the urban population increases rapidly and per capita landsharply reduced, domestic and foreign has started to search for underground space,so as to solve the current land tension, crowded buildings. The situation thatbuildings are existing on both sides of the underground structure are very common,the research of this kind of situation has become a hot issue of the undergroundengineering.The research based on the construction of the underground Shanghe road ofDongying, and make a numerically simulated for the project through the finiteelement software MIDAS/GTS. The buildings on both sides of the undergroundstructure are different,and the distance between buildings and the undergroundstricter are also different. So this paper analysis of the different displacement of pileon both sides of the underground structures,the displacement of roof and floor andthe pressure on the axis of column. Finally, the paper contrast displacement ofretaining piles, displacement of roof and floor and the displacement of roof andfloor when there are buildings and when there are no buildings. The mainachievements made in this paper are as follows.1The settlement and horizontal displacement regularity of the buildingfoundation on the construction of the underground structure is obtained, includingthe location of the maximum settlement and time.2The influence factors of settlement and horizontal displacement of thebuilding foundation are identified.3The pile’s deformation law is obtained by simulating the process of theunderground structure construction.4The impact of the adjacent buildings on the underground structure is analysed,by contrasting the displacement of the piles on both sides of the undergroundstructure.5The influence degree of buildings on the underground structure is obtained bycomparing the displacement of retaining piles when there has buildings or not.This topic gives the judgement for the similar project construction and givesanalysis method for other underground construction when there are buildings onboth side of it. The paper also provides technical support for the safety of theconstruction.
