The rapid development of science and technology in today’s society, the groundspace has been unable to meet human needs, underground space of urbandevelopment is bound to the rapid development. The community populationincreased dramatically and population density is increasing andtraffic jams oftenoccur. Therefore, the rational moderate development of underground space, is toease the current traffic congestion, population pressure and other key globalchallenges. The development of underground space can improve the human livingenvironment for benefit of mankind. In many cases, the development ofunderground space must be close to a building, which has brought great challengesto the underground works. Proximity construction issues which are an unavoidableengineering problems. In this paper, Tongling Yangtze River Road Underground Commercial Streetconstruction on neighboring buildings is research background.Throughinglarge-scale geotechnical analysis of specific finite element software MIDAS/GTSbuildings on both sides of the engineering division of the construction phase of thenumerical simulation analysis. The first major analysis of the content ofunderground structures is on both sides of the building as a result of the impact ofdisplacement on both sides of the pile are different of column axial pressure, aredifferent of roof and floor displacements t. The second part analyzes is the affect ofesence or absence of buildings on the ground in the case of underground structuresin the construction process. This paper analyzes and conclusions are given as follows:(1) settlement and tilt base(2) based on the horizontal displacement(3) the displacement of pile(4) the displacement of the top and bottom(5) analysis of the displacement of the pile whether the buildings on theground supporting comparative(6) analysis of the displacement whether the buildings on the ground top andbottom plates comparative...
