With the rapid development of the aerospace industry, high speed train, militaryindustry, resources mining equipment, medical equipment, industrial automati onequipment industry, high speed, high precision, high efficiency, low noise,automation, intelligent has become an important symbol of modern machinery. Thekinematic pair clearance caused by manufacturing and processing error, friction andwear to influence machine working performance greatly. Clearance is a key point ofmechanical system mechanical precision, stability decline or even failure.This paperset a crank slider mechanism considering clearance as an example, thorough analysethe mechanism with clearance design, reliability, stability control provide theoreticalbasis, mainly include the following contents:First of all, mathematical model of rotation pair and translation pair clearancein plane multibody system are introduceed, provides concise analysis expression forkinematics and dynamics analysis which involved slider crank mechanism havingclearance.Secondly, the process of contact and collision between two elements ofkinematic pair with clearance was analyed. The traditional contact and collisionforce model were systematically analyzed and compared, including Kelvin-Voigtviscoelastic model, Hertz nonlinear elastic collision force model, nonlinear springdamping collision force model, the modified hybrid contact collision force model,they were all simulated analysis used matlab, it is concluded that modified hybridcontact collision force model to the actual contact collision dynamic characteristicsfor dynamic analysis after prepared.Then, by the crank slider mechanism contained double rotation pair andtranslation pair clearance as the research object, according to the clearancemathematical description, using Newton-Euler’s method, guided by separatejudgement condition of the kinematic pair element contact and collision, connectingthe modified hybrid contact and collision force model and the dynamic equation,reducing the unknown parameters of the equation, meet the demand of the numericalsimulation.Finally, according to the established dynamics model in former, respectively bymeans of Matlab\Similink numerical simulation and commercial software ADAMSsimulation, compared the simulation results to verify the correctness of the mathematical model, qualitative analysis different clearance to crank slidermechanism the influence of dynamic performance.
