With the energy has more and more influence to economy and petroleum, coaland other non-renewable energy on the decrease, countries in the world are constantlyexplore new ways of energy which can be applied to the economic development.Wind energy is a clean and renewable energy, the scholars of all countries have beenstudied widely, and wind power has been developed from the land to the sea. Offshorewind farm does not occupy land resources, and reduces the land utilization and thenoise and visual impact to the public; The sea without alpine barrier, has a broad flatarea, and development space is not limited; The wind speed is large and stable, andthe offshore have more resources compared with the onshore, therefore the discussionon offshore wind turbine development change is now the focus for the study. Basedon the monopile foundation of offshore wind turbines under monotonic loading andcombined loading, the damage development state or failure mode is analyzed. The submarine multilayer foundation using finite element numerical analysissoftware, set up offshore wind turbine foundation with monopile finite elementcomputing model, simulate the interaction of pile and soil for offshore wind turbinefoundation with monopile under vertical load, horizontal load and momentload.Discussing the bearing characteristics of pile foundation and soil developmentdestruction changes state for offshore wind turbine foundation with monopile undervertical load, horizontal load and moment load respectively; and soil developmentfailure mode under different combined action of vertical load, horizontal load andmoment load component of the monopole, identifying the failure envelope ofmonopile foundation for offshore wind turbines.Research shows that: under vertical load, horizontal load and moment load ofoffshore wind turbines foundation with monopile, the bearing capacity were decidedby the displacement of corresponding load action direction, and obtaining thedevelopment and changes of soil around the pile. In different vertical load, horizontalload and moment load component combination action, determining the failure modeof monopile foundation for offshore wind turbines foundation, and obtaining the soilfailure envelope under different combined action of load component, which can be based on the position in the failure envelope line of the actual load combination point, judging the failure state of offshore wind turbines with monopile foundation...
