Research On Contractor Project Management Efficiency Based On The Explanation Structure Modeling Technology

The internationalization of construction market makes the contractor competitionmore intense. The rapid development of the information technology, the improvementof the construction technology and the rapid popularization of the internationaladvanced management experience, accelerate the loss of traditional competitiveadvantage. Total quality management and project integrated management can’t meetthe needs of the current situation. The ability of performance management, based ontransaction cost theory, has gradually become the core competitive power ofconstruction enterprise and the new way of development of contractor. There aremany uncertain factors in the engineering project implementation process, whichcontribute to the diversification of realization for the performance management.Descriptive, normative, empirical and Inspirational traditional performancemanagement model is limited to subjective qualitative research. It relies on "input-output-process" frame structure but can’t reveal the essential characteristics ofcomplex system deeply.I extract five indexes of the performance management by reading the literature,including quality, cost, time, safety and environment and analyze the relationshipbetween the parameters. I put forward four process for explanation structure modelingof the management efficiency: to determine the influence factors of projectperformance management system, establish the index system and form consciousnessmodel; to determine explain structure index based on the relationship of subordination;to get adjacency matrix according to the relationship of subordination, to calculate thereachable matrix, and to establish the hierarchical structure model of performancemanagement system; to explain and analyze the hierarchical structure model. Thestudy concludes that project management efficiency consists of three parts:performance, satisfaction and environment. I construct the evaluation function ofmanagement efficiency and put forward measures to improve efficiency in fiveaspects.
