| Company A is a large state-owned shipbuilding company,which undertakes the construction of ship types such as bulk cargo,containers,and tankers.Due to the diversification of ship types and the variability of plans,it is difficult to control the production schedule and affect the overall production efficiency of the enterprise.Although Company A’s total ship construction is far ahead of domestic shipbuilding companies,its production efficiency is still far behind that of world-class shipbuilding companies.The main outstanding performance is the low shipbuilding production efficiency,which has seriously restricted Company A’s shipbuilding output,Reduced costs and increased competitiveness of ship prices.With the continued downturn of the shipbuilding market and the continuous rise in domestic labor costs in recent years,corporate profits have been continuously compressed.Therefore,in order to enhance the competitiveness in the international market,Company A is working hard to solve the problem of low shipbuilding production efficiency.This article uses the fishbone diagram principle,combined with the existing bulk carrier production process of Company A,from the perspective of field operations and management,respectively,to organize the organization plan management,production mode,process management and internal information management in Company A.Research,find out the existing production efficiency problems,and propose solutions to optimize production efficiency to achieve the purpose of shortening the construction cycle,reducing production costs,and improving production efficiency.The thesis proposes some ideas for improving production efficiency from theoretical analysis to research on practical issues,and then to schemes and safeguard measures.Based on the actual situation of Company A,this paper adopts the methods of comparative research and case studies.Under the condition of existing resource allocation,it compares with the production indicators of advanced shipping companies in Japan and South Korea,and studies the existing bulk carrier production process of Company object,researched four aspects of organization plan management,production mode,process management and internal information management to find out the restrictive factors of company A’s current low production efficiency,at the same time identify key issues and propose optimization plans to improve production efficiency,And formulate corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the smooth promotion and implementation of the optimization plan.Based on the above related optimization schemes and safeguard measures,it was applied to the actual production and construction of the existing bulk carrier of Company A to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the improvement of production efficiency from the perspectives of ship cycle,total assembly efficiency,and integrity.In actual construction production,production efficiency has been improved,which has practical significance and application value for the subsequent ship construction of Company A. |
