| In recent years, the domestic auto industry has been developed, the mount ofautomotive electronics product is also increasing, the electromagnetic interferenceproblem of automotive equipment is becoming more and more serious.In order tosolve the electromagnetic disturbance measurement problems in practical applicationof vehicle equipment, this paper explores the calibrated methods of antennas inelectromagnetic radiation emission measurement of vehicle parts and militaryproducts.(1)Firstly, theoretical analysis of the antenna used in the measurement of autoparts and military products electromagnetic radiation emission is studied, includingthe loop antenna, the rod antenna, the biconical antenna and the horn antenna. And thesuitable test site is determined according to the different characteristics of the antenna.(2)Secondly, the calibration system of antenna factors is designed by the theory ofdifferent characteristics of the antenna. Based on the measurement data obtained forcomparison experiment, the factors influencing the measurement of antenna factor isanalyzed, the auxiliary measuring device is developed, the measuring method isimproved which ensures the accuracy of measurement. And the uncertainty isanalyzed.(3)According to a standard signal source, using different calibrated antennaradiation emission measurement results of validation experiments, suggests that forfield testing of a meter method to measure the antenna, in the borders of their band tomaintain a certain continuity, also can be reflected from the side of antenna factormeasurement accuracy.Finally, a set of1m calibration method of antenna factor is developed. Theoperating specifications of the system is written according to the SAE ARP958Dstandards. The accurate antenna factor can be got through the actual calibration with1m method which ensures the EMC laboratory routine. |
