Nowadays, the bridge which is based on the superior quality of prestressedconcrete technology can not only improve the traffic flow and safety,but also providebasic guarantee for the development of national and social economy.But in the worldwide, it is a ubiquitous phenomenon that the bearing capacityand service life of prestressed concrete bridges come down markedly because of thestructural damage and material degradation. How to evaluate the durability and safetyof the prestressed concrete bridge and then how to forecast their service life, hasbecome an worldwide scientific problem urgent need to solve.During the course of the research and analysis subjects, we deeply analyzedsome key risk factors influencing the durability of the prestressed concrete bridge(such as: bridge structure resistance weakening, which caused by “the deterioration ofrebar” and “the time-dependent loss of concrete quality and prestressing”,and so on.)And then we make empirical analysis on the structural durability of the existingprestressed concrete bridge, comprehensively forecast and evaluate on its durabilityand residual life prediction, further explore the scientific, reasonable maintenance andrepair of construction solution.In this paper, the special investigation about the service life of prestressedconcrete bridge structures mainly covers the following aspects:1Elaborate the research background and significance, the domestic andinternational research progress, the research target and content and the different thebridge structures. Collect the commonly used assessment methods about the structureresidual life of prestressed concrete bridge,2Analyze material degradation to the influence of bridge durability and thebridge durability to the significance of the bridge service life.3Focus on the analysis of theoretical knowledge of bridge engineering structurereliability calculation as well as simplified practical calculation method. In themeanwhile, compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of differentcalculation methods4Bring up the basic principles to predict the prestressed concrete structurebridge service life...
