In this paper, the main research topic in conjunction with the status quo of the existing prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge to predict and evaluate the remaining useful life. Mainly from the structure of box-girder reliability point of view to study the impact of box girders for structural reliability analysis of the factors, such as cracks in concrete structures, steel corrosion, concrete spalling of the protective layer such as the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for bridge The reliability analysis, using Markov processes to predict remaining useful life of the bridge and evaluation.First of all, the reliability analysis of bridge structure, according to the site of the test data used to calculate the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for the reliability of the bridge to introduce the basic theory of structural reliability, development and applications as well as calculation of structural reliability theory. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the basic parameters used in the bridge reliability using expert on-site inspection recommended value.Secondly, according to the calculation of the box beam structural reliability vector, using Markov process predict the remaining life of the bridge, in this process, the state transition probability matrix calculated using inverse matrix method and the Combination of engineering analogy.Finally, through the establishment of mathematical model of finite element software for analysis. As the inverse matrix method and engineering analogy method combined in the previous bridge remaining useful life of the forecasting process is not applied, there is no reference data, where the finite element analysis software for continuous box girder structure deformation under different loads, mechanical characteristics prove that the obtained parameters is reasonable. Through the practical calculation to verify the feasibility of the method, reach a conclusion.
