Thread connection is the use of threaded parts consisting of a detachableconnection. This connection method is simple, reliable, diverse, easy assembly anddisassembly, is widely used. However, a large stress concentration due to the alternatingload prone to fatigue fracture. Especially in large, extra large equipment in the event offatigue fracture, it will cause serious consequences. In this paper, a giant press, forexample, analyzed the threaded connection of load distribution and stress conditions,the effects of different methods on repairing nut load distribution and the impact of peakstress, the main contents are as follows:①The use of knowledge to establish analytical model of elasticity, analysis andcalculation of the load distribution and threaded coupling stress conditions.②ABAQUS software simulation analysis to study the distribution and bearingscrew pairs stress situations investigated thread pitch, thread Vice radial dimension,engagement debit, thread elastic modulus ratio Vice factors such as load distribution forthe thread deputy investigated.③Application has been established analytical model, combined with the finiteelement calculations to study several ways repairing screw connection load distributionand reduce the impact of peak stress threaded coupling effectiveness. And by finiteelement analysis, examine the various arguments for repairing screw connection loaddistribution and stress conditions were investigated.④Combined with finite element software, parametric language to build thestructural model screw connection to the minimum stress value of bolts and nuts as theobjective function, determine the best repair type parameters, with certain theoreticalsignificance and practical value.The research results, for heavy-duty thread connection type design and repairmethods and the selection of parameters in order to achieve uniform load distribution,reducing stress levels and prolong life, have important theoretical significance.
