Electromagnetic loop network is a transitional structure in the grid developmentprocess, which is of great importance to improving the transmission ability of powergrid. Recently, with the power grid expanding, the closed loop operation problem isbecoming more and more prominent, such as the heavy short circuit current, difficulttide control, and etc. As grid structure constantly improved, it is of great significance todivide the electromagnetic loop network and realize the power grid hierarchical divisionoperation, for decreasing grid short-circuit current, controlling the gird tide, enhancingthe economy and safety in operation. Due to the complexity and diversity of power griddevelopment, how to divide the power grid and evaluate the plan is an important topicdeserved to explore and research. On this basis, the electromagnetic loop solutionprogram is studied in this thesis, whose specific research contents are as follows:①Based on the introduction of partition number, the multi-objective optimalelectromagnetic loop solution model is established. The objective functions are theminimum network loss, the maximum power supply capacity and the maximumpartitions number. Then the constraint are N-1-1static security check, short-circuitcurrent check and at least2power supply in each partition. According to securitystability index and economic efficiency index, the partition number index is proposed toevaluation the grid tide control. So the above solution model can assess the power griddivision plan comprehensively.the proposed model characteristics, the evolutionary programming algorithm isadopted and the optimal electromagnetic loop solution plan is generated. The targetrelative dominant strategy is used to determine the optimal solution for multi-objectivefunction. What’s more, in order to ensure effective to solve the optimization model fiveimplementation details are improved, such as the partition variable coding, the randommutation algorithm, the grid solution proposed strategy, as well as the fitness valuecalculation and selection strategies. This method has obvious advantages in the optimalsolution automatic generation, comprehensive evaluation and searching for.③Taking Chongqing power grid an example, the500/220kV electromagneticloop network is analyzed and the optimum electromagnetic loop solution is researched,which proved the correctness and validity of the proposed method.
