Electromagnetic loop network is the product of the construction process of power grid,and it is also an important research object of power grid structure optimization in China.During the early time of the construction of high voltage level transmission network,the exist of electromagnetic loop network can be good for the stability and power supply reliability of power systems.With the development of power grid structure,its negative effects gradually appear and become serious hidden dangers of power system.At present,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the improving methods of operating drawbacks and the decoupling schemes of electromagnetic loop network.But it still lacks a unified understanding of the key technical issues to decouple electromagnetic loop network,such as the basic districting principles,the determining of implementation time and location and the control of implementation amplitude and process,so doing specific analysis according to the actual situation is really necessary.Based on the basic concept of electromagnetic loop network,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of electromagnetic loop network.On this basis,typical operation modes of the actual area are developed,and according to the simulation,adverse effects of the electromagnetic loop network on the safety of power grid in different stages of 500 kV grid construction can be found.According to the effects,the author studies effective control strategies of electromagnetic loop network and provides them to the operational dispatchers for practical application.Aiming at the shortcomings of the closed-loop operation of electromagnetic loop network,the necessity and feasibility of open-loop operation in different periods of power grid development are analyzed.According to the districting principles,the key technical problems of decoupling are studied and four feasible schemes are proposed for the structural characteristics of the regional power grid after reaching the decoupling conditions.The static safety,transient stability and short circuit of each scheme are calculated and validated to determine a scheme which is most conducive to the safety and stability of power grid.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of four schemes quantitatively.The results are more scientifically and intuitively.This paper not only provides reasonable operation strategies and planning schemes for grid operation planners,but also applies the new method of evaluation and decision-making of decoupling electromagnetic loop network in theory.It effectively solves the problem that the electromagnetic loop network structure constrains the transmission capacity of power grid and significantly alleviates the power supply tight situation,has good engineering reference value and practical significance.
