With the rapid development of our economy, the requirements of people’s living standards are high increasing.Electrical safety which is closely related with the people’s daily life becomes extremely strategic significance. It will be great honor for every electricity workers to ensure the power system security.Especially after Shenzhen blackout in April2012and two Indian blackouts by the end of July2012that nearly seven hundred million people got involved in, Network security and stability issues became great importance to the various aspects of electric power enterprise. The group of National Grid held an emergency enlarged meeting. The theme of the meeting is to learn the lessons of Indian big blackout, to ensure network security, to "resolutely put an end to the blackouts" in the second day of the Indian blackout.However, the excessive load growth and the relatively dated power grid construction generate the bottlenecks of power supply which make the electromagnetic loop network operation. In order to protect the power supply reliability in the early stage of the construction of the high-level voltage level line, it will inevitably generate electromagnetic loop networks with the original low voltage level.The electromagnetic loop network between the provincial large area merits close attention, but the time of ring rejection is premature. As the lower voltage level of the provincial ones, district power network has low voltage levels and capacity. So the issue of the operational security and stability is not particularly prominent, but once the accidents related to the stability of the entire power network happen, the consequences will be serious and the impact will be out of control like a domino effect.With the increasing extent of the national power network, it is necessary to study the phenomenon of the electromagnetic loop network of district power network and analysis the safe operation.In this paper, I analyze the disadvantageous of the electromagnetic loop network operation and the common structure of the regional power network. According to the book "the power system safe and stable operation guide", I proposed the solutions of the ring rejection to avoid the phenomenon of electromagnetic ring network.By summarizing and processing the data of Guilin power network and analyzing of the visualization software "powerword" with limited indicators of the voltage, the static security and the network loss, I modeled the Guilin power network and explored the specific ring rejection point of the electromagnetic loop network and identified the weak area of Guilin power network and suggested the solution measures and schemes. Then I verified that the ring rejection is reasonable. It has very important guiding significances for the solution of ring rejection and the safe operation of the power network analysis in other regions.
