| Air compressor is widely applied and general mechanic equipment, its performancedirectly affects its application. Air compressor performance test and control method havebeen largely researched by domestic and foreign research institutions and enterprises, butat present their level of automation and control is backward. The article made accordingto Fluid Laboratory of Jiangsu University proposes technical requirements about aircompressor performance testing equipment, for its control system and control strategywere designed and researched. Actual running test show that test equipment couldcomplete air compressor’s automatic detection and reduce the labor intensity, for fluidmachinery laboratory’s undergraduate, graduate and doctoral of Jiangsu Universityproviding a basic experimental platform for the research about automated performancetesting and detection of air compressor, and also be used as professional test equipmentfor research, teaching and commissioned testing.Directing requirements of air compressor performance test working stably, reliablyand no abnormal vibration, stable and easily to adjust for speed and exhaust pressure, toperformance test system provide an overall design; according to Jiangsu Universitypropose technical requirements and characteristics of compressing air, and providingselection and research to key component of air compressor test; in the motor speedcontrol, motor use variable frequency constant torque control to achieve stable rotationspeed; S7-200PLC module were used as data acquisition and control module of systemcontrol, at the same time based on LabVIEW virtual instrument software design wasproposed. In order to guarantee the authenticity and stability of data, and according to allsorts of electromagnetic interference phenomenon that appears in the project, correcttheory analysis are given and some effective solutions are put forward.According to the process of air compressor performance testing required preciseexhaust pressure control, PID control scheme was proposed. Step response method wasused in the text in order to obtain mathematical model of the exhaust pressure, PIDsimulation of the exhaust pressure control system was researched in the mathematicalmodel based on, obtaining satisfactory control effect through the PID parameter tuning.Finally, PID tuning parameters was applied to the actual control program, the actualoperation shows that the control program could complete the precise control of exhaustpressure. Through theoretical and actual data analysis, the test device could reach the domestic advancedlevel. |
