Motor vehicle air compressor is the core of brake system components, the quality direct impact on the safety performance of motor vehicles, air compressor performance testing device plays a vital role of the test results in precision.For vehicle air compressor performance test equipment requirements, the vehicle air compressor performance test installations of the overall design, according to the characteristics of compressed air and vehicle air compressor to the characteristics of the key components of a device selection.According to the performance test device control system requirements, the device has overall control system design, in view of the character and charged with the actual operation, the soaring use of curves that control the various subsystems of the model formula, and the model parameters.This dissertation analyses the performance of each control system with control theory. The method of time field analysis and frequency field analysis is used We further analyze the methods to improve the PID parameters when we can not achieve the satisfactory PID parameters by engineering turning. The Matlab software are used in the system analysis.The result of this dissertation is used in the performance testing equipment for motor compressor that we made for DFAC. This type of test equipment to the advanced level of similar products, and in the domestic automotive components manufacturing industry has been promoting.
