The study of compressor performance parameter test system is developed in several ten years, which is a new technique and is quickly developing in recent years. Compressor is already main essential equipment in chemical engineering, oil, mine, metallurgy, machinery and defense industry, reliability and benefit whose running directly have an effect on the industry production. The test of compressor performance is main means of checking its reliability and benefit. At the present time, the study comes within primary stage at the compressor performance test technique aspect in our country, and the testing is mainly manual operation. Therefore, it is low working efficiency, bad state of operation, low reliability and accuracy of test result. So it is very important for drawing more perfect theory and proofing the theory by corresponding experiment. Acting as important contents of chemical engineering machinery fault diagnosis technique study, study of oscillation type compressor performance parameter test principle belongs to the field of testing technique. According to fluid mechanics and aerodynamics theory, the paper proceeds the theoretic research and practicability approaching to the gas compressor performance parameter testing principle of chemical engineering machinery, and proceeds verification to the theoretic study result by experience data, whereby diagnoses and analyzes further compressor state performance. It provides reference to compressor improvement and production. According to the testing standard of Japanese ChuanQi heavy industry stub type meeting agency, the paper gives test system structure and fitting arrangement, proceeds research to compressor monomer performance test method, defines the optima method for parameter testing, and drives compressor data processing equation by theory. Its prime work is study of testing exhaust volume by means of bore plank method, resolves problem on the theory derivation aspect, and proceeds verification and correction to the theoretical arithmetic formula of exhaust volume by analyzing and theorizing the experiment data.
