Torsional vibration is extremely harmful to the ship’s shafting. whichaffects not only the steady running of the shafting,but also the safety of thecomponents and structures. It even causes a lot of serious malfunction.Torsionalvibration monitoring has become one of the important works to the shafting faultdiagnosis. Torsional vibration Meter is a commonly used equipment fortorsional vibration measuring,which can real-time monitor the changing ofshafting’s torsional vibration.Based on the measuring signal of the diesel’s shafting torsional vibration,this dissertation focuses on using the software, Simulink, to emulate a type ofanalog torsional vibration meter. The flow chart of signal is as follows:signal ofthe sensor (source)-clamp protection circuit-double stabilization trigger—single stabilization circuit-low pass filter circuit-amplifying circuit-integralamplifier-oscilloscope.Software Multisim is used to design and optimize theconcrete structure.The printing circuit board is obtained for production,soldering,debug andtesting.Compared with a similar torsional vibration meter which is made inChina,the results show that the torsion vibration measuring instrument has thewider range of measuring rotation speeds,more powerful ability of the signalanti-interference,clearer signal and so on.After being calibrated,the waveformis better than the similar other instrument.The developed torsion vibrationmeasuring instrument,applied to the torsion vibration monitoring of the diesel’sshafting,has plays a important role in practical engineering and research field....
