Bearing is one of the most important parts in the rotating machinery, machine tools work performance has a direct relationship with the quality of the bearing, according to statistics, about30%of the fault in rotating machinery and bearing has a direct relationship. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of the bearing must be in the strict test before delivery.At present more advanced bearing vibration testing method is:sensor signal after A/D conversion into industrial control computer, the bearing vibration signal detection, analysis and processing. Industrial control computer to analyze data collected at most using the Lab VIEW software, the high cost due to copyright issues involved. So, this design is to bearing vibration as the research object, has developed a vibration signal detector based on STM32F103VET6chip, the vibration signal processing, analysis, storage, display, achieve the advantages of low cost, small volume.Paper main research content includes:(1) The hardware design of the controller. This design adopts the STM32F103VET6as main control chip, implement the bearing vibration signal analysis and processing. Inside the chip integrated FLASH, RAM, TIMER, USART, etc., at the same time, this chip has small volume, low price, etc.(2) LCD interface design. Human-computer interaction interface is an important part of bearing vibration tester is implemented by the touch screen interface switching, bearing parameter setting, etc.UcGUI graphics support system is a kind of embedded applications, it has simple structure, small volume and so on characteristics, at the same time also provides bitmap display, material control, and other functions, can do with Windows style interface, therefore the ucGUI transplantation.(3) Spectrum analysis. Write Fourier transform spectrum analysis program, frequency spectrum analysis of vibration signal is the purpose of the harmonic vibration component broken down, observed in the frequency domain, the relationship between frequency and amplitude through the spectrum diagram to determine the position of the bearing failure.(4) Quality evaluation. Average-poor control chart design, based on statistical process control (SPC) theory, using the mean-poor control chart to reflect bearing the quality changes of state.
