Liver disease is a stubborn malignant disease, and with the large number of casesand deaths, it is always occupying the centre of the medical stage. Chronic liverdisease in many other liver diseases is one of the most troubled diseases to themedical profession. If chronic liver disease did not get the timely and effectivetreatment, it will slowly deteriorate into liver fibrosis and even liver cancer. Whenpatients suffer from diseases such as cirrhosis and liver fibrosis, liver resection ortransplant surgery is usually the treatment. However, liver surgery is very dangerousand a slightest mistake will lead to liver cell failure and death. Therefore, beforesurgery, it is necessary to detect the hepatic functional reserves of the patient. Thus,the risk of surgery can be estimated and the success rate of the treatment can beeffectively increased. Hepatic functional reserve is the health and activity of humanliver cells, is the standard of liver cell activity.Currently, as a liver reserve function analysis method, indocyanine green excretionexperiment is widely used in the clinical. Traditional means is the artificial bloodcalibration method, but its complex operation, trauma and low precision bring somedifficulties to the medical staff. Therefore, a noninvasive and simple detection meansis the urgent need of medical clinical and research trend.Based on the above background, this article came up with and realized a hepaticfunctional reserves analyzing system based on C#and MATLAB mixed programming.The system uses PC software as the core control system, and is made up of the pulsespectrophotometric platform and PC software. Pulse spectrophotometric platform usesthe serial port to collect the pulse wave and transports to host computer, then PCsoftware analyzes the signal and calculate the liver reserve function parameters. PCsoftware uses C#and MATLAB mixed programming to realize. The system offers asimple and less invasive method for hepatic functional reserves analysis.This article analyzed the past technical means and did some study from thefollowing two parts:1. Researched about hepatic functional reserves analysis method based on energyspectrum analyzing. The method can detect the parameters of hepatic functionalreserves accurately. The principle algorithm has been programmed to data analysis and processing module.2. According to the principle, developed the PC software of hepatic functionalreserves analyzing system based on C#and MATLAB mixed programming.Developed the Communication, data storage, data analysis and database module ofthe software.This article consists of six chapters, the contents of each chapter are as follows.The first chapter expounds the research background and significance of the subjectfirstly. And then describes the research situation of hepatic functional reservesanalysis at home and abroad. Finally, it narrates the main content of this article.The second chapter describes the total design plan of the hepatic functional reservesanalyzing system based on C#and MATLAB mixed programming. The structure ofthe system is presented firstly. And then it expounds the composition and functions ofthe two main parts.The third chapter mainly talks about the research for the hepatic functional reservesanalysis method based on energy spectrum analyzing. Proposed and implemented theenergy spectrum analyzing algorithm, and the principle algorithm has beenprogrammed to data analysis and processing module and applied to the parameterscalculation.The forth chapter is mainly about the research for the function of the PC softwareof the hepatic functional reserves analyzing system. Firstly, it is the introduction ofthe C#language and.NET Compact Framework as well as MATLAB. And then itdescribes C#and MATLAB mixed programming principle and tells the way thisarticle chose. Finally, it is thorough study of the database module, communicationmodule, data processing module and print module of the PC software.The fifth chapter describes the testing process of the system. The test mainlycontains the serial communication functions, data processing functions, databasemodule and C#driven print function. Finally, it is the testing results and analysis.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole contents of this article and all of theresearch work, and makes suggestions for future work.
