Liver is body’s detoxification organ and it have taken the multiple functions in themetabolism of human body, such as digestion, secretion and deoxidation.Liver, as animportant human physiological organ.Once liver’s lesions occur, the body’s normalphysiological activities would be affected seriously, and even lifethreatening. In recent years, Chinese livers’ disease is the most serious all over theworld, liver cancer patients accounted for55%of the world by the end of2014.Affected by the unequal distribution of medical resources, our country has thehighest morbidity and mortality of liver cancer in the world, liver diseases effect thefunction of hepatocytes. Hepatic functional reserve is an important physiologicalparameter of liver diseases in clinical examination, and it’s a necessary index forpreoperative and postoperative liver recovery. This is of important referencesignificance to assess of hepatic functional reserves for patients’ treatment options. The universally accepted method to assess hepatic functional reserves is to useOptical colorimetric method based on the indocyanine green(ICG) dilutionprinciple. The colorimetry is the most frequently way currently, but it’s requirednumerous pokes for blood work, time consuming, and may infect the medical staff. With the improvement in medical science and technology, noninvasive hepaticfunctional reserves analyzer has become a focus of medical research. On this basis, inorder to provide a automated and noninvasive detecting method in data acquisition forsome critically ill patients, this subject put forward a portable hepatic functionalreserves analyzer. This subject developed a portable hepatic functional reserves analyzer based on thepulse spectrum pigment dilution, which possess advantages of the small size andportable type,it overcomes the disadvantages of the conventional method. This paperelaborated mainly on the three aspects:1.Researched the Lambert-Beer’s Law and the basic principles of the pulsespectrum pigment dilution method, and applied them to human trials and created anequivalent model, taking human’s fingertip as a measurement site. Establishedmathematical models of hepatic functional reserve through a series of derivationanalysis. 2.Combined the principle of pulse spectrum pigment dilution method and androidoperating system, setting up the noninvasive hepatic reserve measurement systembased on android operating platform, using the operating system with powerfulprocessing ability to achieve the data processing of portable hepatic functionalreserves and the clinical assessment. The system included the hardware unit and thesoftware unit. The main task of the hardware part was the extraction and condition ofthe received photoelectric plethysmography signal.Signals through a series ofmodulation and demodulation processing, finally the signals was sent by bluetoothserial port to android operation platform for analyzing after analog-to-digitalconversion.3. Carried out the comparison and test between the prototype and noninvasivehepatic functional reserves analyzer. The results met the accuracy and reliability.
