There are two big challenges in the world that are resource shortage and environment pollution. So how to protect environment and save energy becomes the hot topic in the development of the vehicle industry. Hybrid electric vehicle is the most feasible energy-saving and environment-protecting car recently, which combines the advantages of conventional engine vehicle and electric vehicle. Hybrid electric vehicle not only could extend cruising range and has good dynamic property but also could reduce emission. Control strategy is the important component in the whole vehicle control system, its advantages or disadvantages directly impact on the whole vehicle power, economy, reliability and other performance. Therefore, the research on control strategy of hybrid electric vehicle has an important practical meaning for hybrid electric vehicle industry.In the paper the configuration and basic requirements of ISG hybrid electric vehicle are analyzed in detail, forward simulation model of ISG hybrid electric vehicle with dual clutches is established under MATLAB/Simulink. Based on logic threshold control strategy a new strategy was proposed, which integrated the static and dynamic control strategies. Under MATLAB/Simulink, based on the developed whole vehicle model, the whole vehicle off-line simulation is made in two different weights of the control strategy. By using development methods of modern control system, the experimental platform for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation test is established and the simulation test is done on dSPACE.The simulation results show that the whole vehicle can meet the requirements of dynamic performance in both weights parameters, Power battery SOC keep in a reasonable level, compared with traditional vehicle fuel economy and emissions performance are greatly improved. It shows a relatively better fuel economy in economy weights and a relatively better emissions performance in emission weights. The HIL simulation results show that the HCU can exactly reflect driver’s intention, the operating mode can reasonably switch, the hybrid system works in conditions of high efficiency, these match the design concept of control strategy and further verify the reasonableness and correctness of the control strategy. |
