China's high-speed railway hardware development has made remarkable achievements,China's high-speed railway transportation network system gradually forming,high speed railway is becoming perfect supporting facilities,transportation advantage is highlighted.High-speed railway network formation,operation management and service quality become passenger transport railway to participate in the society of one of the core competitiveness.Reform and opening up has been continuously go deep into the fields,the national quality of the Chinese people have greatly improved.In terms of passenger transport,passenger service demand and consciousness in improving,the travel service quality requirements have quietly into travel choice one of the necessary to consider conditions,but at the same time of high speed railway passenger service and many need to perfect place,need to constantly sum up experience,formed with characteristic of China's high-speed rail passenger service standard system and process.This research adopts the advanced theoretical guidance,the objective practice verification method of combining the study,based on China's high-speed railway passenger service system research,focusing on current situation of the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway passenger service on-the-spot investigation and research,on the basis of the theory of advanced service quality evaluation,establishing the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway service quality evaluation index system.At the same time by learning SERVQUAL evaluation model,and according to the specific properties of the model,objectively,selectively build evaluation model of the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway passenger transport service quality.Finally through to the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway passenger service quality evaluation of passenger investigation,the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway passenger service quality evaluation conclusion,according to the evaluation results to accurately grasp the key point of the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway service quality,improve the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway passenger service quality theory and method of strengthening pertinence marketing,actively participate in market competition,promote the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway continuously to improve its competitiveness in the comprehensive transportation system,for sustainable adhere to the development of high-speed railway,provide theoretical basis and practical basis.
