The climate of Tibet alpine region is complex and diverse.The buildings studied by re-search group is located in mountain of5347meters high.Climate of this altitude is more se-vere.Because the existing buildings are restricted by economy,terrain and technical condition when built,they can not be well adapted to the local climate.This makes the indoor thermal environment poor. Creating a good indoor thermal environment,first of all,can improve staffs quality of life and work efficiency; Secondly,it can also reduce workstation heating energy consumption, reduce the pressure of energy supply and protect local ecological environment; Finally,through the research it can provide design reference for future construction of new workstation. Therefore, the study on technology measures of improving workstation indoor thermal environment is very necessary. At the same time effect of indoor thermal environ-ment on human thermal comfort are seldom studied, this also makes the study have a certain practical significance.This study takes the existing buildings of workstation as research object. Firstly, con-duct theoretical research, discuss the basic principle of indoor thermal environment and re-scaich status at home and abroad,also analyze the influence factors of the indoor thermal en-vironment. Using onsite investigation test, the existing statistic data and questionnaire re-.arch, master the location feature of existing buildings in workstation as well as the condi-tion of indoor thermal environment and characteristics of staff thermal comfort on winter and summer.Build the basis for proposing preference values of existing buildings improved technical measures and workstation indoor thermal comfort temperature.Secondly, comparative analysis of local thermal comfort and low altitude, thermal comfort differences, through the questionnaire survey results of the analysis and the thermal comfort of human body model of thermal comfort temperature reference value of worksta-tion. At the same time, in the fourth chapter in both workstations existing problems, studies the construction layout, retaining structure, and the simulation analysis of the local optimal passive design strategies (Chapter fifth), form a complete set of to improve the indoor ther-mal environment of building suitable technical measures. For the future site for new building to provide design basis and technical reference.Finally, using the Ecotect Analysis software respectively, both the establishment of model building and application of technology for improving measures in the model building, simulation analyses and comparisons were done:1, contrast improvement before and after a year in the cold and the hot day indoor temperature changes;2, select a specific room simu-lation technology to improve the consumption of heating and air conditioning, will the re-sults were compared and analyzed, to improve the effect of the measures verification.
