Wetland park wetland is a kind of wetland landscape area with wetland protection, tourism and leisure and popular science education function, and an effective way to coordinate the contradictions between wetland protection and wetland utilization. In this paper, by a comparative analysis of different types of wetland-park planning, and the evaluation of wetland-park planning, investigate the wetland park planning strategies and methods, and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the Wetland Park. Mainly carries on the comparative analysis from the following aspects:The analysis of the basic situation of different types of National Wetland Park:by comparison from the wetland, wetland area, landform, climate, road traffic, wetland biodiversity, water quality and hydrologic, tourism resources, wetland threat factors, analyse the different types of Wetland Park’s similarities and differences, then provide basic data for the wetland park planning and analysis.Analysis of different types of National Wetland Park Functional Zoning:6as-pects that include the principle and method of functional zoning requirements, con struction project planning, and purpose, size, and proportion of each functional area of resource distribution characteristics were compared and analyzed. In the prediction of environmental capacity, this paper presents the calculation method of environmental and tourist capacity, analysis of the relationship between environmental capacity, tourist capacity, tourist destination, tourist scale and ecological tourism planning. In the aspect of tourism project planning, summarizes the types and development trend of tourism projects. The results show that, in Hubei Province in different kinds of National Wetland Park ecological tourism planning is prominent, but the popular science education program is not prominent, need to further strengthen ecological protection planning.
