High-speed elevator design and usage get extensive attention. Functional, Comfort and Safety are the measure of the quality’s the main factors. At present, domestic and abroad’s elevator in the aspects of functional and safety have become better, but comfort demand has restricted the development of the bottleneck. For a long time, the domestic elevator machine design method is mainly the conventional static design priority, Dynamic simulation technology research also confined to lift’s component or a certain function, haven’t applied in high-speed elevator machine design.Taking Shenyang Brillient elevator co., LTD."QS6100model4.0m·s-1high-speed elevator " project as the background, In view of high speed elevator’s structure design and dynamic analysis research present situation, the virtual prototype technology is introduced into thel high-speed overal elevator system design and analysis, provide a new way for elevator design and development. The paper main includes:(1)For high-speed elevator adopts3D design software Solidworks instead of2D design software AutoCAD establish3D modeling and2D drawings, the arm is that guarantee the complex parts parameterized stability, accuracy and generalization, achieving the physical prototype modeling establish rapidity and convenience.(2) The elevator system basic configuration calculation. First of elevator tractor host load torque and power of motor design calculation, secondly for hoisting rope strength and radical choice calculation, in normal operation, the bottom loading, emergency brake three working conditions of the traction push to calculation, according to the calculation result judgment traction meets the application requirements. The compensation rope, governor of the selection calculation, and elevator guide for emergency braking conditions theory calculation, through the above calculation determine the basic configuration and component’s type.(3)Drive structure and Car frame’s structure analysis. The elevator’s traction calculated in125%overload working conditions, and then testify beam component’s strength and stiffness in the125%overload working conditions. Testify car frame’s strength and stiffness in full load and partial load, overload working conditions, and in the full load operation, full load squat down bottom working conditions process dynamic analysis. Get the elevator the maximum transient displacement response in the full load operation and full load squat down bottom conditions.(4)The method of high speed elevator machine system dynamics model and analysis by the means of the theoretical analysis and computer simulation combine toghter, Dynamic parameters optimization of the system research. Reduce the material cost and improve the economic efficiency, increase product safety and stability.The analysis results show that:this paper established high-speed elevator design calculation method is consistent with actual working conditions, simulation reflects the dynamic characteristics of high speed elevator. This article research results provides an effective way for high-speed elevator machine system analysis and design. For the production process has important guiding significance.
