In recent years, China’s urbanization process has become faster and faster and moreand more high buildings have been rising in the cities. Therefore, the elevator plays animportant role in transporting passengers or cargo. Up to now, the speed of the elevator isrequired to be faster with the floors increasing. However, with the increase of the speed,the comfort degree becomes worse and the vibration becomes greater. Therefore, the studyof the elevator’s vibration is urgently needed. This article focuses on the vibrationcharacteristics of the elevator, states the origin of the vibration and puts forward usefulmethods for solving vibration problem.The main contents are as follows:(1) Use3D software Solid Edge to do modeling for part of the elevator car framecomponents and to create a virtual model for it. Then utilizes the ANSYS finite elementanalysis software to make a static analysis so as to get an analysis cloud map of strain, totaldeformation for the upper beam of the car frame, the stress vertical beam and a lower beam.Through the analysis, the structure of the car frame meets the need of strengthrequirements. From the analysis of cloud, watching Stand beam is a little weak, so that avertical beam flange should be lengthened or thicker material is a better option.(2) Create a3D model for the elevator car frame, and use ANSYS finite elementanalysis software to make modal vibration simulation for a variety of conditions indifferent circumstances, we get the value variation of the inherent frequency under variousconditions. And to analyze the modal analysis results, we obtain the trend that under thesame load conditions, the natural frequency will become larger as the height increases, andthe rule that the more advanced it is, the greater the change becomes. Measures are taken tochange the effects of acceleration, in order to control velocity curve within a reasonablerange. (3)Establish the dynamics model of vertical9degrees of freedom of a traction at aratio of2:1elevator system. The model takes into account the damping and stiffnessparameters such as quality of all aspects of rope, hoisting machine, every machinecomponents such as sorghum and related damping, engineering software programming anduse MATLAB to solve the natural frequencies of each system with load lift Q, lift height Hsuch as changes in the law and in accordance with the data analysis of the impact ofsection links on the natural frequency of the elevator system.(4) Experiments. PMT vibration instrumentation was used as the experimentalprototype, and tested under a variety of elevator running conditions in comparison withsimulation data, and propose measures for improvement. The replacement of the elevatorprototype was also tested: the maximum vibration frequency from the previous row44.6HZ drops at full load into18.7HZ, while the maximum downlink frequency from67HZ full case drops into34.6HZ. Therefore, the test results were satisfied and correctlyinferred.The article studied some components of the elevator and obtained some relevant dates, and provided advanced theoretical and practical basis to solve vibration problems traction elevators.
