With the rapid development of urbanization and growing population of modern cities, the building of modern city more and more develop to the top, super high-rise The demand of elevators, as a tall vertical transportation, is growing. At present,the high-speed elevator has been widely utilized. However, the requirements of elevator ride comfort have become increasingly as the development of medium-high speed elevator, there are many factors affect the comfortable of elevators, the greatest impact of which is vibration,as the speed of elevator is increasing, the impact of vibration on comfort is especially prominent,so it is very important to carry out researching the vibration of medium-high speed elevator, investigate the formation mechanism and solution, reduce the vibration of elevator, improve the quality of elevator products and improve the ride comfort.This total of six chapters, the specific contents are as follows:ChapterⅠ, Introduction. First elaborated the subject of the origin and significance of paper introduces the dynamic characteristics of the elevator mechanical system of the present situation of the main thesis of this research.ChapterⅡ, the elevator base. Introduces the basic knowledge about the elevator, including the definition and structure of the elevator, elevator Zhendong sources, traction systems, traction and dynamic calculation of the basic method of solving the model for further research on the theory of the elevator, to lay a good basis for simulation and experiment .ChapterⅢ, the dynamic model of elevator. This chapter, starting from the system dynamics equations of motion, traction elevator system by structural features of 1:1 and vibration analysis of the mechanism, the mechanical system has established a vertical lift of 12 degrees of freedom dynamic model and 8 horizontal Degrees of freedom dynamic model. The main thesis of this research and innovation are summarized, and the future of the elevator vibration were predicted.The main innovation of this paper are:⑴By analysis the elevator traction system and vibration of studies, 1:1 traction elevator is constructed of 12 degrees of freedom vibration model of vertical and horizontal 8 degree of freedom vibration model for structural design and laid a theoretical foundation.⑵Through MATLAB software on traction elevators were 12 degrees of freedom vibration model and the horizontal direction perpendicular to 8 degrees of freedom vibration model simulation, respectively, high-speed elevator car by the maximum peak to peak vertical vibration and horizontal vibration of the dynamic model curve.⑶To the traction wheels, wire rope, rope spring damping pad and the four variables for the study to conduct experimental research, in order to solve the vibration problem of the lift provides a theoretical and practical foundation.
