Based On The Personalized Needs Of The Industrialization Of Residential Design Research

With the continuous development of our economy, the housing industry develops quickly and becomes one of the important mainstays of the economy. Nowadays a significant mission of housing building is to accelerate residence industry to improve the housing quality to promote sustainable development and to fulfill the residents’requests.At present, in order to improve the living quality of residents, the state country is to vigorously push forward the process of housing industrialization.Through many years, the demand to housing is not only quantity but also quality. Today, people are not satisfied with that enough living space to shelter, and they improve the residential properties and quality requirements.The newly-built houses should fulfill different and diverse requests. In this situation, the adaptable house is necessary. Therefore, habitant demand has important significance to the design of housing industrialization.In this paper,analysis of habitant living demand and summarizes the design method of housing industrialization,that can provide some possible reference for the development of housing industrialization.The first part (Chapter1) helps to describe the research background,necessity and research advantages,define the object and content studied in this paper, summarize the relevant research and theory, propose the research method of this paper and the key issues to be resolved, as well as put forward research framework of this paper.In the second part (Chapter2and Chapter3) helps to describe relevant content of housing industrialization and habitant demand,provides a theoretical basis to solve the problem. The chapter2of this paper helps to describe The basic theory of housing industrialization, introduces the characteristics of housing industrialization, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of housing industrialization;The chapter3of this paper helps to analyzes residential housing demand for housing industrialization, where firstly the relevant theory of housing demand were analyzed and summarized, secondly, the elements affecting the housing demand such as the family composition, living behavior and social customs, etc, are discussed. Summarize and outlined the user’s living demand.In the third part (Chapter4and Chapter5) helps to research the design methods of housing industrialization in the basis of housing need analysis and study, including two levels of architectural design and construction technology design.
