Contemporary housing industrialization is vigorously promoted in China,and the introduction of prefabricated assembly policy accelerates the overall industrialization process.As the basic construction of housing industrialization,housing standardization has been in China for more than ten years intermittently.The main body of the housing market changed from the state to the enterprise.In the process of new housing construction,along with the continuous improvement of the country’s overall economic level,residents gradually open their minds,which brings about the diversification of family structure and the refinement of housing demand.The emergence of these ever-diversified household demands is the opportunity for the continuous optimization and coordination of standardized products,but the heart has challenged the principle of unification and simplification.By studying the theory of standardized products and household demand,and combining the study of customer segmentation and standardized product system of huaxia happy peacock villas,this paper studies the balance between household demand and standardized product design,so as to provide reference for theThe first part of this paper(chapter 1)describes the research background and significance of this paper,defines the research object and research content of this paper,proposes the research method and overall framework of this paper,and studies the development process of residential standardization at home and abroad.The second part of the paper(chapter 2)analyzes the relevant concepts of housing standardization and industrialization,expounds the positive significance and limitations of housing standardization,dialectically discusses the contradiction between standardization and diversity,specialization and collaborative production in the development process of housing standardization,and puts forward the implementation measures of housing standardization.The third part of the paper(chapter 3)elaborated the relevant content of household demand,mainly extracted the housing demand,functional demand geographical factors three levels,summarized the diversified demand of households as the guidance and typology basis of residential product design,and put forward the residential standardized design strategy based on household demand.The fourth part of the paper(chapter 4)studied the residential standardized product system of China happiness peacock villas,analyzed the design context of the product system based on the household demand,and analyzed the product research and development strategy and corresponding results based on the household demand through the example of standardized product research and development.The fifth part of the thesis(chapter 5)summarizes the thesis research,and puts forward the existing deficiencies and further improvement Suggestions.
