Housing Industrialization Policy And Regulation Research

With promotion of development of global low-carbon and green economy, China's real estate industry is facing a huge challenge in this context.For the better development of real estate industry, government proposes to develop housing industrialization vigorously and transform the real estate industry development mode.The decision of developing housing industrialization was made because of the validation of western developed countries. Although the housing industrialization has been developing in China for twenty years, there are problems. For example, government lacks impetus.This paper utilizes literature search, qualitative analysis combining with certain quantitative analysis, and other research methods, to explain the significance in all aspects. This thesis applies access to document and regulation system in advanced western countries such as Japan, Sweden, to summarize the characteristics ofl different countries.This paper starts with the analysis of the present situation of China's housing industrialization policy and regulation, from national to local level policy files, and it analyzes the representative policy document in detail, and expounds the author's opinion accordingly.Meanwhile analysis is investigating state housing industrialization, Vanke industry as an example to study the construction of housing industrialization base to summarize the function and meaning base to the development of housing industrialization.Eventually, it summarizes the framework to promote the housing industry, and obtains suggestions and regulations of housing industrialization in China.To put it in a nut shell, the analysis of this paper is beneficial to improvement of the structure in China, to the realization of technical standard system of housing industrialization, and abundance of the existing industrial policies and regulations.It provides reference data for the relevant departments and regulations.It has great significance to the standardization and development of the real estate industry and construction industry in China.
